The plans and the small stuff end up scattered. Half in the group chat, half in one person's head, half in a calendar nobody keeps up to date. And keeping it all straight quietly becomes someone's second job.
Plans and who-does-what disappear into the group chat, and no one is sure what was actually agreed.
The shared plan only stays current if someone keeps copying it into their own calendar and to-do app.
Logging every little thing, or digging up one detail later, takes enough effort that people stop bothering.
How it works
Nothing new for the household to adopt. Homies works inside the group chat you already have.
Invite Homies to the household WhatsApp group you already have, the same way you would add a housemate.
Everyone links their own calendar and to-do app in a couple of taps. Each person keeps the setup they already like.
That is the whole job. Say things the way you already say them, and the plan takes care of itself.
Truly connected
Everyone connects their own calendar and to-do app, and the household plan shows up where they already look. Move something in your calendar and the group plan moves with it.
Google Calendar
Household events appear in your own calendar, and the events you add there flow back automatically.
Your to-do app
Keep the to-do app you already like. Homies mirrors the household tasks both ways, so your own list stays yours.
Both ways, on its own
No copying, no double entry. Update it anywhere and it stays current everywhere, for everyone.

The Homies app is the control room for the house. See the whole week, check that everything lines up, and review what Homies has picked up along the way. The daily work stays in the chat.
The whole household at a glance
Events and tasks together in one timeline, so everyone sees the same picture of the week.
It learns the house as you go
Homies quietly picks up the routines and preferences that come up in conversation, and you decide what it keeps.
Sync you can see
Connections, activity, and who is set up. One look tells you the household is flowing.
Everything is flowing.
All connections healthy, nothing needs a look.

Why Homies

Hi, I'm Olivier. I built Homies because my own household ran on three calendars, a to-do app, and a WhatsApp group nobody read. Keeping it all aligned kept landing on me, and nothing I tried actually pulled it together in one place.
So I am building the tool I wanted: one shared brain that lives in our group chat, connects to what everyone already uses, and quietly does the upkeep itself. I live in it every day with my partner, it is early, and I read every message from the first people on it.
